LouvreSol manufacture a number of Architectural Louvre Systems which have been produced after extensive research and development. The systems have continued to be generationally improved from the primary concept now resulting in a stronger clip to blade interface to resist the increased wind speeds we now experience each year in the UK. The systems of our propriety extruded aluminium components have standard pitch availabilities of 33, 50, 75, 100 & 140mm with multiple more optional build ups available. In addition to the pitch availability we can single, double, triple or provide a sand trap configuration to satisfy technical requirements with regards to weathering an free area requirements.

All of the louvre extrusions have been designed with the knowledge that curving can be a requirement, as such accommodation has been made in the inherent design of the louvre blades to allow for curving without sacrificing the shape of the louvre blades or indeed the allowance of regaining a concealed support system to the rear.

The support structure to the rear of the louvres is a designed aluminium support mullion to which multiple options are available depending on the spanning requirements on the support structure, we have mullion options that will provide the shallowest of assemblies up to providing a 6000mm span without the requirement of an intermediate support. All of the mullion extrusions are capable of excepting the interfaced blade interface clips secured into position to suit the selected system.

Within the full range of louvre assemblies we also provide an acoustic option to the required acoustic report, the design solution of an acoustic requirement can be worked on to ensure that all requirements are met without over specification. Both in the standard installations and acoustic installations we have integrated door designs which can be manufactured to almost limitless dimensions. The doors can be of a hinge design or pivot with the added advantage of allowing for multiple locking mechanisms to be installed, the standard locking mechanism is a dead lock controlled by a eurobarrell to suit the door depth of frame.

Our LouvreLine product range is well established in both design and performance, the range has been progressively developed to provide the required technical functionality as well as the highest aesthetic quality that is demanded by the modern day construction industry. The product range is made up from extruded aluminium, glass, timber and ferrous & non-ferrous metal systems. All system have the capacity to be motorised and therefore can easily be integrated into a building management system. We continue with our in house research and development to add new and innovative systems to our portfolio along with a number of project specific designs. Our @LouvreLine’ systems have no limits with regards to width, height or shape. All ‘LouvreLine’ support work is concealed to allow for that all important ‘clean line’ requirement.
