Our LouvreLine louvre system is available in 50mm, 75mm, 100mm ‘Z’ section blades in single double and triple bank configurations. We also carry a 100mm Chevron blade for better weatherability. We can supply factory assembled panels or assemble on site in ‘stick’ form. Louvre blades are manufactured from 1.8mm thick extruded aluminium alloy to BS 1474:6063A:T6. A perimeter flashing manufactured from extruded aluminium is supplied for installation around the louvre system.

We also offer several blanking options:

Type B00 - 0.7mm thick, single skin, steel sheet having external polyester coated finish colour ref. BS 18 29.

Type B25, 50, 75 and 100 - Fully bonded, composite blanking panel comprising an external 0.7mm thick steel sheet having an external polyester coated finish with a internal 0.5mm thick steel sheet having an internal polyester coated finish to colour reference. Infill slab to be rigid EPS standard density with FRA complying to BS3837:1986:Part 1.

Single Doorsets:

Frame angle 127 x 50 x 6 extruded aluminium section fully welded to form ‘goalpost’ detail to opening size with 100 x 25 x 3 angle threshold welded across base.

Door leaf is welded 50 x 25 x 3 rectangular box section with blade clips fixed directly using 0513 blind rivets to allow secret blade fixing detail. Unpainted birdmesh fitted to rear as above.

Standard door furniture: 3 no off 100 x 75 stainless steel, bearing washer, butt hinges to leaf with Euro Profile locking device and a door stay fitted to head.

Double Doorsets:

Unpainted 200 long galvanised ‘tower’ shoot bolts will fitted top/bottom of slave site fitted for accurate positioning. Unpainted birdmesh fitted to rear as above.
