The 300mm Aerofoil is spanning up to 9000mm between vertical uprights with a triangulated tension wire system being utilised to eliminate a sagging of the aerofoil over the span. The aerofoils are mounted onto end plates which in turn secure to the vertical steel assemblies.
The image shows the Vertical and Horizontal Aerofoil mitred returns which All interface with the structural steel And in the case of the vertical system The tension wire system.
The Brise Soleil Panels have all been mitred in cassette form for installation to a main solar rafter. The main rafters on grid and half grid to a maximum of 9000mm.
The leading fascia is the SolLine Lunar 200 series which is at a maximum span of 4500mm.
The installation was to 2nr buildings in tandem of similar detail. The Brise Soleil was to provide protection to the mostly glass façade of this structure.
